Phantom Fireworks Celebrates Upland Showroom Opening

UPLAND, PA – A 12,000 square foot full-line consumer fireworks showroom has been opened by Phantom Fireworks, America’s leading consumer fireworks retailer, in Upland, PA, located off Interstate 95 (exit 5) on Upland Avenue.

Phantom of Upland, one of more than 50 permanent showrooms in 13 states and 1,200 temporary tent and stand locations in 17 states operated by the Ohio-based industry leader, is located just 19 miles southwest of Philadelphia.

The 12,000 square foot facility was constructed by Fortney & Weygandt Contractors of Cleveland, OH, and culminates three years work by Phantom to obtain all approvals required to build the showroom.

“We’re optimistic about the prospects for our new showroom in the greater Philadelphia area despite the current economic conditions,” said Rick Greenfield, Retail Showrooms Director for Phantom. “Phantom Fireworks really loves the eastern Pennsylvania area, and we are looking forward to working with all the great people in the tri-state region in our new showroom.”

The new facility will have a three-person management team led by manager Dan Tatalovich supported by four year-round employees. Another 50 employees will be hired on a seasonal basis. Tatalovich, formerly manager of the Phantom showroom in Fort Mill, SC, is entering his 4th fireworks season with the company.

Customers will be excited to learn the new location carries Phantom’s full line of industry-leading consumer fireworks.
