Purchasing Phantom Fireworks

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase fireworks at Phantom Fireworks showrooms. In the State of New Hampshire, you must be 21. You will be requested to fill out forms at some Phantom showrooms, some of which are required by law and some of which we ask that you fill out voluntarily so that we can keep you posted on developments at Phantom Fireworks.

Our merchandise is sold solely upon the representation that it will be used strictly in accordance with the law and regulations applicable at the point of sale and point of destination. Phantom Fireworks will not assume liability for any injury during use, handling, storage or sale of the products.

Prices are subject to change. The published prices on this website reflect showroom prices and do not reflect prices at the stand level in the States of California, Nevada, Utah, Nebraska or Idaho that are affiliated with Phantom Fireworks.
