Rules and Regulations

You asked for it, so here it is! Send us your favorite videos of Phantom Fireworks, in action. We are looking for videos of all Phantom Fireworks products to be included on our website www.fireworks.com. For every video we receive that we select to include on our website, you will receive a Phantom Fireworks gift certificate valued at ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Please email video entries to contests@fireworks.com in quicktime, avi or Windows media format. By submitting an entry, you are authorizing Phantom Fireworks to publish that video on its website. Not all videos submitted will be selected for publication.

To be considered, the video must be of a Phantom Fireworks product. You must specify the product name and/or product number with your video, and the date you made the video. Please submit your name, age, address, email address, and phone number with your entry. In order to be eligible to win this contest, you must be 18 years old. (New Hampshire residents must be 21.)

If chosen, your video may be displayed on the Phantom Fireworks website, www.fireworks.com, or on any other website owned by B.J. Alan Company, Phantom Fireworks or any subsidiaries thereof.

If Phantom Fireworks displays your video, you will be listed as the producer of the video.

All videos must be originals and all rights to the video must belong to the person submitting the video to Phantom Fireworks.

B.J. Alan Company and Phantom Fireworks hereby retain the rights to all videos submitted to this contest.

By submitting an entry to the video contest, you are acknowledging that you have sufficient written permission of any recognizable models or other persons appearing in the video to be able to grant us the right to publish the video, and hereby grant such right to B.J. Alan Company, Phantom Fireworks or any subsidiaries thereof. By submitting, you agree to comply with all the rules and regulations of this contest.
