| Specifically Prohibited | Ground salutes that exceed DOT limits. |
| Selling Period | June 20-July 10 and December 20-January 2 |
| Age of Purchase | 14 years unless accompanied by parent or guardian. |
DISPLAY FIREWORKS |

| Display Permit | Apply to State Fire Marshal or to local authorities. |
| Insurance | Must furnish proof of financial responsibility to satisfy claims for personal injury or property damage. |
| License | License specifically required in state law. |
MANUFACTURE, STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION |

| Permit required. Apply to State Fire Marshal. Annual fees as follows: Manufacturer $750 Distributor $750 Wholesaler $250 Jobber $500 per location Display or retail $ 25 per location |
