A pack of 4 skyrockets which give breaks of two concentric rings, of two
different colors (for example, a red outer circle and a green inner
circle, or a green outer ring and a green inner ring, or a purple outer
ring and red inner ring, and a yellow outer ring with a green inner
ring). This makes them more interesting than ordinary single-ring breaks.

What a fantastic rocket! We picked up a bag of these just because of how cool they looked and for the rare ring effect. The take off on these is amazing and they fly very high and arrow straight. The payload is giant and actually breaks harder than most reloadable shells. There are also many stars in each ring making the burst very beautiful, with each ring being nearly perfectly round. Hands down, the best rockets I've ever seen!!!
