| CONSUMER FIREWORKS | |
| Specifically Permitted | Items that comply with regulations of the CPSC, DOT definitions, and trick noisemakers. |
| Specifically Prohibited | Manufacture, possession, sale or use of ground salutes containing more than 2 grains of explosive composition; any mail-order fireworks. |
| Selling Period | June 20-July 10 and December 15-January 1 Sales from tents or motor vehicles are prohibited. |
| Age of Purchase | 16 years, unless accompanied by adult. |

| Display Permit | Apply to State Fire Marshal at least 10 days before display date. |
| Insurance | None specifically required in state law. |
| Operator | No license specifically required in state law. |
MANUFACTURE, STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION |
