| Display Permit | Fire Marshal has permit authority over all fireworks and pyrotechnic displays and events on public school, state, and county properties. Apply to local, county authorities at least 30 days before display date. |
| Insurance | May be required by local authorities. |
| Operator | No license specifically required by state law but may be required by local authorities. |
