Trees are the largest and longing living organisms on the planet.

The world's tallest living tree is found in Redwood National Park. Discovered last year and nicknamed "Hyperion", the tree stands 378.1 feet; longer than a football field with its end zones.

The world's tallest recorded tree was found in Australia in 1872. The unnamed Eucalyptus was measured at over 500 feet.

The world's Largest Sitka Spruce Tree can be found at the Rain Forest Resort Village in Lake Quinault, Wash. The Sitka Spruce stands 191 feet tall, carries a circumference of 58 feet, 11 inches and a diameter of 18 feet, 9 inches.

The world's oldest living tree is a Bristlecone pine named "Methuselah." Estimated at 4,650 years of age, it resides in California's White Mountains.
