I like it. First mortar I lit off in my back yard a few years ago. I don't like the mini version. It sometimes bursts too low. Get the bigger Copperhead. It is worth trying. I'm hooked.

we started buying fireworks for july in march....we tested this one out, and its still one of my favorites....seventy dollars for two kits with bogo, so thirty five a kit is a STEAL

Get this rather than the mini version. It’s safer. The mini version sometimes gives a low break. I figured out why. Occasionally the propellant sheath gets left in the tube after firing. The next round you put in is about an inch higher and doesn't have tube length to build up velocity to its intended height. If you inspect the tube after each firing in the mini version then the rounds work fine, and it’s a good buy. Spend the extra bucks for the real thing. This was one of my first reloadable kits. I get it every year.

Always on the annual list. Crowds love the high trajectory and colorful burts. I've used them solo and in tube racks for effects/finales. You won't be disappointed

Good product. Really fills the sky well, looks great, loud on launch and break...good echo, too. First mortar kit I ever bought, and haven't bought serious fireworks since the late 90's, which was the dawn of the single shot mortar in my area. This was significantly better. The shells are about 1 3/4 inch diameter. Seems pretty safe, also. Never had a low break, and the mortar never tipped over after a launch.
